The Respectable Offer network consists of its Director Daniel Moskowitz, his employees, and administrative staff, the individual buyers, investors, and property flippers in the bay area who have said they want to buy and sell real estate for a profit.

The network investors consist of very experienced cash investors with large amounts of cash and experience and other with less cash and less experience. The individuals are from all walks of life and may be doctors, lawyers, real estate agents, engineers and or contractors as well as housewives or professional house flippers as well as hard money lenders. 

 

OUR STORY 

The Respectable Offer Network was founded by Daniel Moskowitz who would send out 50 text messages every time he had a handy man special for sale and he would sometimes get over 50 Offers on one listing.  That left 49 qualified buyers without a home to buy. Since it was so easy to find cash investors in the bay area looking to either buy and hold or flip a property he created  T.R.O.N The Respectable Offer Network.

 

Over the years Daniel Moskowitz would knock on doors offering to help people keep their home from foreclosure. Every so often he would be shocked to find out that some people were so afraid of losing their home that they took a cash deal from a cash investor that would buy the home for as much as $200,000 under market value.

 
Then other similar stories would come up and Daniel realized that FOR SOME PEOPLE  getting the most money possible was not THEIR highest priority. He found that some folks just did not want the stress, anxiety or to put out the energy it took to sell a home so they sold it AS-IS without a brokers commission to the first investor who knocked on the door.

The Director

Past CEO, Broker & President of Aldan Mortgage Services. He has more than 30 years’ experience working in Mortgage, Finance, Real Estate Sales in over 7 different states. 
Studies include but not limited to Property Appraisal, Rutgers University, title insurance, property renovation and real estate finance. Rutgers University in New Jersey

He listed and sold over 1000 properties.

 

A majority were bank owned and in 7 different states A partial list of his corporate clients includes, but not limited to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Citi Bank, Sears Mortgage, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, World Savings, Washington Mutual and Chase Home Mortgage. This led him to obtaining listings and sales from major Mortgage Insurance Companies.

His job was to evaluate value, determine marketing strategy obtain contractor bids, oversee renovations in order to  list and sell the mass residential home inventory taken in by foreclosure. 

​

Some renovations were minor and only a quick clean up, paint and carpet and others were extensive including plumbing heating, septic systems, roof replacement, termite remediation, window replacement and even structural. 

Most lenders let him determine whatever was he deemed necessary to insure the property sold quickly with the highest return on investment. 

​

They also tasked him with working with the legal team to create, revise and improve on real estate contracts.
